Are you an experienced Customer Success Manager who enjoys a role with a wide range of responsibilities and the chance to work with the newest retail technology? Do you care about delivering results, creating great customer experiences, and building strong client relationships? If so, you might be the person we’re looking for to join Sprii as our new Customer Success Manager.

Sprii isn’t just another scale-up. We’re an innovative player in retail tech, and our platform — awarded E-commerce Tool of the Year — is helping set new standards for how online shopping is experienced.


Right now, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help our clients get the most out of their video commerce journey with Sprii.  

How you’ll make an impact

Drive Success: Drive clients’ video commerce strategies to maximize Sprii’s value add and drive success for our clients. This includes:  

  • Developing video commerce strategies
  • Developing and executing change management processes
  • Account management of our existing customer base
  • Increase the clients’ usage of our services and features
  • Coordinating client onboarding projects (incl client training)
  • Coordinating technical implementation of our software (no software or IT background required)

Manage pipeline: Create and manage your own customer success pipeline in collaboration with sales colleagues and other stakeholders.

‍Provide strategies: Work closely with Sprii's partners and internal team to continually develop onboarding & account management strategies.‍  

Collaborate: Work across the Sprii Team from Marketing, Sales, and Product and become an expert in Sprii technology and “best practices” video commerce.

‍Deliver insights: Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to the team

Become a brand expert: Become an expert in video commerce and lead Sprii partners to success.

‍Experienced go-getter:  
Proven track record in customer success management, account management, high-level support role, or similar role (min. 2-3 yrs.), preferably with concrete results from within another SaaS company serving e-commerce clients.  

Relationship builder:  
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, comes easy to you. ‍

Organized do’er:  
You work in a structured way, organized, following processes, and you have a proactive `’et’s get things done’ mentality. You are able to keep overview, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and have strong analytical skills.

Education: Relevant education

Good communication skills:
You excel at engaging prospects through clear, persuasive communication. Whether over the phone, email, or social media, you can spark interest and convey value effectively.

Problem-solving skills:
You have a knack for identifying customer pain points and positioning Sprii’s solutions to address them. Your ability to think on your feet helps move conversations forward.

Positive attitude:
You bring enthusiasm and energy to your role, inspiring both prospects and your team. Your drive and optimism help turn challenges into opportunities.

A team-player
You thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues and sharing insights to drive collective success. You’re adaptable, open to feedback, and always ready to contribute to the team's goals.

Experience or Strong Interest in E-commerce
You have a genuine interest in e-commerce and bring proven knowledge and experience in the field. You understand key e-commerce concepts and can confidently discuss strategies and solutions that drive online growth and identifying opportunities where video commerce can benefit any type of E-commerce business.
